Terms of Service

Sole Works, LLC is a mobile foot care practice owned and operated by Erica Machigashira, MSN, RN, CFCS, Proprietor & CEO, based at 7630 W Cherrywood DR, Boise, ID 83704. We provide in-home and in-office foot care, including foot and nail exams, foot baths, nail and callus trimming, therapeutic foot massage, medical pedicures, diabetic foot care, ingrown toenail care, and foot assessments.

Mobile in-home service is available in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, and Kuna, Idaho. I am sorry, but I do not travel to Canyon, Gem, Payette, Washington, Owyhee, or Elmore Counties. In-office appointments are available at our Boise location for clients who prefer to travel to us.

Our services are supportive foot-care services provided by a Registered Nurse and Certified Foot Care Specialist. They are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a physician. If we observe something that warrants medical attention — such as signs of infection, wounds, or changes relevant to diabetes — we will recommend that you follow up with your physician or another qualified provider. In an emergency, call 911.

Pricing is as published on our Services & Pricing page: an initial visit is $80; ongoing maintenance visits up to one hour are $60 every four weeks or $65 more than four weeks apart; a single visit is $70; and visits lasting more than 90 minutes incur an additional $15 charge. Prices are subject to change, and we will confirm current pricing when you book.

Appointments are confirmed directly with you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as far in advance as possible so we can offer the time to another client. We reserve the right to decline or terminate a visit if safety conditions cannot be met.

Nothing here limits any right you may have under Idaho law that cannot be waived.
